Sapphire exists because most security work in Connecticut gets done by people who learned one system and sell that system to every property. Sol Cohen and Yonatan Kadosh founded the Connecticut operation to do the opposite, spec the right system for the building, install it clean, and pick up the phone when it stops working.

Line items, not lump sums. You see what you are paying for, broken out by drop, device, and labor. No surprise upcharges between the quote and the invoice.

Concealed wiring, code-compliant terminations, labeled patch panels, clean trim work. We install like the building inspector is watching, because some days he is.
